Are you passionate about supporting children with autism and helping families thrive? Easterseals Joliet Region is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative, mission-driven team.

In this role, you will provide counseling, education, advocacy, and ongoing support to children and their families. You’ll develop individualized, family-centered interventions that strengthen emotional well-being, improve daily functioning, and help children reach their fullest potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and family counseling to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Support parents and caregivers through education, resources, advocacy, and encouragement
  • Complete assessments and develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans
  • Create and implement interventions that promote emotional well-being, functional skills, and greater independence
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with therapists, behavioral professionals, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Connect families with community resources and additional support services

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Current Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required
  • Experience providing counseling to children and families
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centered practices
  • ABA experience or familiarity preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families succeed

Salary

Starting salary of $52,000 - $65,000+, based on experience.
