Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients referred for speech therapy services using established evaluation procedures and standardized assessments.

• Develop treatment goals, plans,, and objectives based on the initial evaluation and program requirements, and update plans according to Agency policy.
